Terms of Service for AREG Media

Welcome to AREG Media. By using our website or services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Services Provided

AREG Media offers digital marketing services, including web design, Meta advertising, chatbot setup, email marketing, Google My Business optimization, and lead follow-up for kitchen remodelers and interior designers in Egypt.

2. Payment Terms

Payment for services is only required after results are delivered, as previously agreed upon. For retainer-based or performance packages, the terms will be specified in a written agreement.

3. Performance Guarantee

If we fail to generate qualified leads as promised, we will refund 100% of your payment. To qualify for this guarantee, clients must follow the agreed-upon campaign plan and allow reasonable time for delivery.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to: - Provide accurate information about their business. - Communicate promptly regarding approvals and campaign progress. - Comply with advertising guidelines on platforms such as Meta (Facebook & Instagram).

5. Intellectual Property

All custom assets created by AREG Media (including websites, advertisements, and content) will belong to the client upon full payment.

6. Limitation of Liability

AREG Media is not liable for issues caused by third-party platforms (e.g., restrictions on Meta ad accounts) or delays resulting from incomplete information provided by the client.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. Refunds will be governed by the performance guarantee policy outlined above.
